I’m still on a roll with dips because I just love snacking and more importantly I’m always looking for easy but healthy alternatives. This 3 Ingredient Queso Beef Dip is just that. It’s so easy to make and on top of that it’s healthy. Healthy definitely does not mean that it’s not delicious because this dip is fantastic. It’s great for parties or everyday snacks because you can easily make it in under 10 minutes. Pair it with some of your favorite tortilla chips and you’re all set! Let’s get this party started!
All you really need is a jar of your favorite Queso dip, I love the one from Trader Joe’s because it’s so flavorful and it’s also low in calories which is great. Then you’ll need some of your favorite salsa or some Pico de Gallo, and your ground beef of course. It’s literally the easiest dip to throw together. So dang good that you’ll keep on making it til you get sick of it. Well, probably not because it’s really hard to get sick of this stuff.
So, yeah…I basically tell everyone I put in a bunch of hard work to make this dip when in reality it took me about ten minutes from start to finish. I’m pretty sure the hardest part, besides not eating it before the party starts, is opening up the jars. I’m kidding about the part where I lie to everyone but I do start it off like that and then just tell them how easy it is. Gotta make them think I slaved over it for at least a minute!
My go to Queso and Salsa for this dip are from Trader Joe’s but you can use any that you like. The two I use from Trader Joe’s are the Queso Cheese Dip (the name is kind of redundant but I’ll still eat it!) and the Trader Joe’s Double Roasted Salsa. I have the Double Roasted Salsa on hand all the time because it’s just that good! It goes great on eggs, chicken, carne asada, or with chips. It’s not very spicy at all but the flavor is on point!Print

It doesn’t get any easier than this 3 Ingredient Queso Beef Dip. Grab a bag of your favorite tortilla chips and you’re all set for the party!

1 lb ground beef, turkey, or chicken (93/7)
1 jar Queso Dip
1 jar salsa
- Brown the meat until completely done.
- Add 1/2 cup (or more if you want it creamier) of Queso Dip
- Add 1/2 cup of salsa or pico de gallo
- Serve with chips or veggies and enjoy!
This can be as creamy as you’d like. I will keep adding the Queso dip and salsa until it is the consistency I like and then serve it.
