BBQ Garlic Pineapple Shrimp

Simple, delicious, and can be ready in under 15 minutes!



1 lb medium to large shrimp, (peeled, deveined, tails removed)

1/4th cup G Hughes BBQ Sauce (any flavor)

1 NSA Pineapple Fruit Cup

1 tbsp garlic, minced

1 tbsp I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Light (or your butter of choice)

Salt & Pepper to taste


  1. Marinate the shrimp in BBQ sauce, juice (do not add the pineapple bits) from the fruit cup, and garlic. This can be done the night before or morning of to allow the flavors to marinate
  2. Heat butter in skillet over medium heat and add the shrimp with the marinade, allow to cook approximately 2 minutes or until they are opaque
  3. Flip shrimp to allow the other side to cook and add the pineapple piecesĀ 
  4. Cook another 2 minutes or until shrimp are completely cooked through
  5. Serve and enjoy


This can be made with the BBQ sauce of choice and you can also add any additional spices. You can always add another pineapple cup to the recipe if you’d like more of it.
