Brownie Pie

Super decadent and rich brownie pie to satisfy the most massive of sweet tooths.


Premade Frozen Crust

1/2 cup Lily’s sugar free chocolate chips

2 pieces unsweetened baking chocolate

2 pieces semi sweet baking chocolate

1/2 cup flour

1/2 cup cocoa powder

1/4 cup I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter 

1/2 cup Truvia Baking Blend

1 Tbsp salt

2 eggs

1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract


  1. Prepare frozen crust according to directions and set aside
  2. Preheat oven to 350°
  3. In a saucepan, over medium heat, melt the butter and baking chocolate. 
  4. Once completely melted, lower heat and add your remaining ingredients and mix until smooth. 
  5. Remove from heat and pour your batter into the premade pie crust. 
  6. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until the brownie is firm. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
  7. Serve with a side of ice cream or whipped cream


I used sugar free chocolate chips and baking stevia for this recipe. You can always use regular chocolate chips instead. If you prefer to use regular sugar change to one cup instead of 1/2 of Stevia. Baking directions will still be the same.
