Delicious Cherry Ricotta Burgers with Rosemary that are healthy and delicious!
1 lb Jennie-O Ground Turkey 93/7%
1 lb Jennie-O Ground Turkey Breast 99/1%
2 Rosemary sprigs, needles removed from stems
124 grams low-fat ricotta cheese
100 grams chopped up cherries, can be fresh or previously frozen
1 tbsp garlic
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp salt
If using beef instead of turkey, you may choose to cook the burgers less time depending on how rare you like your burgers. I will normally cook my beef burgers about 3 minutes per side because I do like them a little more on the rare side.
I also like adding some additional mashed berries on the top of the burger patty as a condiment.
