2 cups Quaker Oats
1/2 cup liquid egg whites
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 1/2 cups almond milk (or milk of choice)
1 tbsp Madhava Better Baking Blend (or sweetener of choice)
1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp chocolate chips
This is a great make ahead breakfast or meal prep idea. You may substitute any berries for the cranberries if you’d like a less tart dish. This oatmeal bake tastes great hot or cold so depending on what you’re feeling that day, you can enjoy it either way.
