We survived Thanksgiving and everything that comes with it! Phew, what a relief. I truly love Thanksgiving but it really is a lot of work. Between the planning, cooking, cleaning (before and after), family stuff, and life in general, it can be a bit overwhelming. These healthy cranberry parfaits are a great way to recoup from the madness.

Like most families, we usually have a ton of leftovers. I try and pack up as much as I can to send people off with little to-go packages but our fridge is usually full of turkey, ham, sides and desserts for at least a week.
