Kodiak Cakes Banana Bread

The smell of this bread alone makes it irresistible. It’s full of cinnamon and sugar deliciousness and the bananas make it so moist and flavorful. Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy a slice with your favorite cup of coffee.



4 overripe bananas

1/4 cup almond milk

1 tsp cinnamon

2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce

1/4 Madhava Better Baking Blend (or sweetener of choice)

1/4 tsp salt

2 cups Kodiak Cakes Pumpkin Flax Energy Cakes


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare your loaf pan
  2. Mash your bananas well and set aside for later
  3. Combine your wet ingredients in one bowl and mix together until smooth
  4. Add your dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well
  5. Add your mashed bananas and mix well
  6. Pour batter into pre-lined or pre-prepared loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center of the loaf comes out clean
  7. Let cool, slice, serve, and enjoy!
