National Peanut Butter Lover’s month is coming to and end and we are doing an epic celebration. Let me be totally clear, peanut butter loving will continue all year long in this house. So, Peanut Butter Everything will be going on all year long. I have so many different flavors and could honestly top a ton of different things with it.

This time around we decided to combine pretty much everything we’ve done the last few Wednesdays and then some. Thinking about putting all of this together actually made my mouth water and I could barely wait to do this. To some this may sound gross but I’m willing to try anything at least once. Well, almost anything.

We’ve come up with a peanut butter, bacon, and egg, burger topped with pickles. We snuck the mayonnaise in there as well. Did I lose you yet or does this sound at all appealing to you? HA! Everyone was in on this one. I think it might be because we’ve seen peanut butter burgers at restaurants in the past plus any burger topped with egg has been amazing!

We’ve also had peanut butter and jelly burgers which were sweet and savory all at the same time. It was one of the best burgers I’ve ever ordered. With this particular type of burger I do think that less is more. It didn’t need anything else really. It was perfect with just the peanut butter and jelly topping. No extras on this bad boy to ruin the flavors. Not even pickles and I love pickles.
I’ve also seen some pretty awesome recipes out there for a do it yourself PB & J burger. Here’s a few of my favorite so far. I haven’t tried making them yet but they are definitely on my list of things!
