Peanut Butter Protein Brownie Bites

Macro friendly, dense, and delicious peanut butter protein brownie bites!



½ cup of peanut butter

7 g baking Stevia

¼ cup cacao powder

3 small to medium size overripe bananas (approximately 175 grams), mashed

1 scoop of Muscle Pharm Grass Fed Whey Chocolate Protein Powder (use whichever protein you like for baking the best. Not all of them bake well and can leave you with not so great results. I also find that baking with PEScience works great as well.)


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients thoroughly in a bowl and then add the peanut butter and mashed bananas. 
  3. Fold in the peanut butter and banana until everything is well incorporated. 
  4. Pour your batter into a pre-lined baking 8×8 baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the brownies are fully cooked.
  5. Let cool and and add frosting of choice or favorite toppings.


Depending on how done or gooey you like your brownies you may choose to bake them more or less. I’d suggest checking on them until they are to your liking.
