Delicious little pumpkin protein bites to satiate and sweet tooth!
30 grams Vanilla Rice Protein
66 grams creamy peanut butter of choice
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
1 oz. Torani sugar free pumpkin pie syrup
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1. Mix all wet ingredients well and then add the rice protein.
2. Once the rice protein is well incorporated, roll into 6 little balls.
3. Put in fridge for 30 minutes.
4. Add toppings of choice or enjoy as is. Either way, they’re delicious!
I added some bee pollen to mine and the flavor paired nicely. You can dip them in chocolate or add toppings of choice.
