Shake’N Bake Mustard Pickle Chicken



2 lbs chicken breast

1 package Shake’N Bake

2 tablespoons mustard

1 cup pickle juice


  1. Marinate chicken in pickle juice for 2 hours or overnight if possible
  2. Pat dry chicken and coat with thin layer of mustard
  3. Follow Shake’N Bake instructions and toss chicken coating evenly
  4. Bake chicken breast at 400° for about 20 minutes
  5. Let rest for 5 minutes
  6. Garnish with pickles and a side of mustard for dipping
  7. Enjoy!


I personally love making this dish with the pickle juice from the sweet gherkins. It gives it a slight sweetness that goes perfectly with mustard. You can use any type of pickles that you’d like.
