Strawberry Oat Cups

Bite sized oatmeal cups that are perfect for busy mornings, snacks, or dessert cups! 



2 cups strawberries, diced

2 cups oats

1/4 cup baking Stevia

1 tbsp ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tbsp salt

1 tbsp chia seeds

1/2 cup egg whites

1 1/2 almond milk, or milk of choice

1/4 cup Maple Grove sugar free syrup


  1. Preheat oven to 350 
  2. Rinse and chop strawberries, set aside for later
  3. In a medium size bowl, mix all dry ingredients together
  4. In a separate bowl, mix all the wet ingredients
  5. Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients and fill a 12 cup prepared muffin pan with mixture
  6. Distribute your strawberries evenly among the mixture and bake at 350 for 30 minutes
  7. Let cool and enjoy
