Two Good 2 Ingredient Dough

Lower carb 2 ingredient dough made with Two Good low fat Greek Yogurt

Scale

Ingredients

1 cup self-rising flour

7 ounces Two Good low fat Greek yogurt

1/2 cup blueberries (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
  2. Combine self-rising flour and yogurt in stand mixer. Using the dough hook mix together for 3-4 minutes or until a nice dough has formed.
  3. Roll dough into a ball and cut into 4 equal size pieces
  4. Roll the 4 pieces into a ball and flatten out
  5. Add blueberries on top and lightly spray with cooking spray (I used coconut oil spray)
  6. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until rolls are slightly brown on top and fully cooked in the center.

Notes

  • Using a hand mixer is a game changer with this dough
  • If possible, wrap dough in plastic wrap and let sit in the fridge for an hour or overnight before using it. It makes the dough easier to work with
  • If it’s too sticky, add more flour a tablespoon at a time
  • If it’s too dry, add more yogurt a teaspoon at a time
  • You can use egg wash to coat the top of the dough instead of cooking spray
  • These can be made into scones, bagels, rolls, or any other shape
