Vegan Eggnog Waffles

Soft and sweet waffles with a hint of eggnog that are sure to make breakfast a hit, especially during the holidays!



1 1/4 cup flour

1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

1 tsp cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice

2 tbsp SF pancake syrup

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1/2 cup Silk Nog (or eggnog of choice)


  1. Preheat mini waffle maker (or regular sized waffle maker) 
  2. Add all ingredients into bowl and mix together until smooth with no clumps
  3. Spoon batter into preheated waffle maker and cook until slightly brown and crispy on the outside. 
  4. Serve warm with butter, syrup, whipped cream, or toppings of choice.


These mini waffles can be stored for later use in a ziplock bag in the freezer or refrigerator.
